Fayose Swears In HOS, Special Advisers and Permanent Secretaries.

The Ekiti State Governor, Dr Ayodele Fayose has affirmed adequate reward for loyalty and commitment as the hallmark of his administration.



Swearing in a new Head of Service, Dr Olugbenga Faseluka, three Special Advisers and five Permanent Secretaries, the Governor noted that his government will never shirk from rewarding hard work.



He disclosed that the new Head of Service is a very diligent, intelligent and articulate man who has all it takes to lead the State Civil Service to an enviable height.



According to him, he took his time to consider those who were appointed because they were qualified, saying those who could not make the appointment list now will be considered with time.



He particularly commended the immediate past Head of Service, Sir Olubunmi Famosaya for meritorious service and dedication, saying he appointed him as Special Adviser, Governor's Office because he still has a lot to offer the State.



The Governor called for the support of all Civil Servants and other members of the society towards developing the State, saying no group of persons will be allowed to impose their will on the people of the State.
Other Special Advisers are Alhaji Ademola Bello and Hon Deji Adesua.



The Permanent Secretaries are Sunday Olanrewaju, Ayodeji Ajiboye and Lawrence Ojo. Others are Ademiloye Fasiku and Mrs Olabisi Akindele.



In his vote of thanks, the new Head of Service declared Corruption and playing politics unacceptable in the Civil Service, saying he will lead a discipline and dedicated Civil Service that will be a reference point in the Country.



He promised to improve on competence, capacity building and training among civil servants as he appreciated the State Governor for his appointment, pledging the total loyalty of the Civil Service to the Government.
